I began my legal career in the realm of creditor’s rights and remedies. Over the years I have developed a deep expertise in the collections side of law, gaining a thorough understanding of the legal frameworks that govern credit-debtor relationships. As a litigator, I have been able to use that knowledge base to cultivate the most efficient and effective legal solutions, whether through negotiation, settlement, or aggressive courtroom advocacy.
