ALISON KONCZAK

Alison is new to the legal field, but she brings a strong enthusiasm for learning, growth, and making a meaningful impact. Her many years in customer service roles have equipped her with exceptional communication skills, enabling her to handle any intrapersonal interaction, no matter how complicated or nuanced.
As of August 2025, Alison will have her Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies and her ABA-Accredited Paralegal Certificate at Phoenix College, and she intends to finish her Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy with an emphasis in Policy and Law in the following years. Alison believes technology is the future of the legal field and she intends to become an expert in various eDiscovery and Litigation Technologies through completing her eDiscovery Technology Certificate with the National Society of Legal Technology.
In her free time, Alison enjoys arts and crafts, hiking and rock climbing, attending concerts, and cuddling with her cats.
