Before joining SJJ, Dallas worked in landlord-tenant law, advising tenants on their rights, responsibilities, and available options when facing housing-related challenges. This experience gave him valuable insight into the dynamics between property owners, tenants, and governing bodies. Dallas now draws on that background in his HOA practice, applying the same level of personalized, empathetic, and strategic guidance when advising HOA boards and community managers.
