Karly A. Kauf has a wide range of legal experience, and has successfully advocated on behalf of her clients at all stages of the legal process.  In particular, she has experience advocating on behalf of homeowners’ associations in matters including everything from day to day questions all the way through litigation and court appearances.  She has also worked on both sides of insurance disputes, including claim investigation, coverage analysis, and litigation, which leaves her uniquely suited to assist clients with a variety of legal issues as they arise. Prior to her work with homeowners’ associations and insurance disputes, Karly represented individuals and families in family law matters across Minnesota.
