Kelly began her career focusing on creditors’ rights and remedies. As a litigator, she has extensive experience arguing before Minnesota courts, appearing in every county in the state. She has since expanded her practice to include Iowa and Nebraska.

Specializing in navigating the unique regulatory landscape of consumer collections, Kelly has honed her skills in crafting effective strategies to secure favorable outcomes while ensuring her clients meet strict compliance requirements. She has represented a wide range of clients, from individuals to the world’s largest banks, and is committed to tailoring her representation to fit each new case.
