Throughout her career, Kristine Spiegelberg Nelson has represented corporate clients in consumer credit litigation including judicial foreclosure of mortgage-backed securities, quiet title actions, and contested evictions.  Kristine continues that work today representing numerous community associations, companies, and individuals in complex real estate and collection matters.  Her experience in all facets of consumer credit issues makes her an asset to any client facing challenges in collecting past due accounts, judgments, and liens.
