Smith Jadin Johnson established the SJJ Foundation in 2018 with a mission to make a meaningful difference in our community through focused charitable efforts. Each year, the foundation carefully selects a local nonprofit to support, directing all proceeds from our annual golf tournament to this cause. This event has become a cherished tradition, uniting local businesses, partners, and friends for a lively day of philanthropy and, hopefully, some halfway-decent golf. Our tournament serves as a vital fundraising and awareness-raising opportunity, reinforcing SJJ’s unwavering dedication to social responsibility and community betterment.

We are proud to introduce our charity beneficiary for 2025: VraniCURE

SUPPORTING STAGE IV METASTATIC BREAST CANCER RESEARCH and AWARENESS

vraniCURE MISSION: To fund research into metastatic breast cancer; educate and bring awareness to the disease while supporting those living with it. Our efforts have helped to fund continued research for MBC at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and the Sydney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Since 2021 we have raised over $200,000 for metastatic breast cancer research.

Breast cancer will affect 1 in 8 women, according to the American Cancer Society. 1 in 3 women with breast cancer will get MBC. After skin cancer, breast cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in women in the U.S.
